5/1/2008 - Construction has begun!!  Pillars for steel support are going in and concrete is about to be poured.  Second floor flooring is in place and new rear windows are scheduled to go in shortly.  Steel work starts on Monday.  Stay tuned as we post new pictures of the renovation as things progress.  Check often as things will begin to change quickly.

Utility room on back of building.

Support posts and beams being set.

New sub flooring in and lumber ready for wall building.  Large item in rear is kitchen hood ready for installation.

Stairs are built and all downstairs framing is complete.  This is a view from the front entrance looking to the rear and upstairs.

Chandeliers are assembled and ready for hanging in the open area.  There are 2.

Hallway to Kitchen area.  Dumbwaiter support is on left, Server Station will be on the right.  HVAC rough in can clearly be seen here.
