About the Owners:
Proprietors Randy and Linda Slomian are high school sweethearts and the parents of Christina. Both graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
After living in Miami, FL for 16 years, Randy and Linda decided to move to Dunlap for the beautiful scenery and the friendly people. They saw it as a perfect place for retirement. They love the Sequatchie Valley and have chosen to invest further in the Dunlap area by starting their own business.
Our family is proud to open Blue Orchid Bistro and offer a unique dining experience to our guests. We pledge to make Blue Orchid Bistro as special as the Sequatchie Valley.
